Compare the recovery rate of suicide to the recovery rate of covid. (That was a trick question. There is no recovery rate for suicide.) What about the recovery for their survivors?
How about the rate of recovery from domestic violence, child abuse and other violent crime??? Let's compare the recovery rate of drug addiction or drug overdose to covid? The recovery rate of losing something you’ve worked your whole life for? Recovery from anxiety, depression, family breakup??? All of theses things already have a lower recovery rate than recovery from covid— yet all have increased since the devastation of the great overreaction. We are quite literally sacrificing one group of vulnerable people for another (larger) group. It’s a backwards world when we claim to be “in this together” while completely ignoring the far greater negative impact of the so-called help. Time to discern. Not everything you see and hear out there is truth. Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, my friends. - M

So when the CDC publishes a report stating that have no evidence that masks actually work to protect us from a virus with a 97- 99.75% recovery rate, it means we should all continue to wear masks and shame those who don't? Refuse service to those who are classified as exempt (read: engage in legalized discrimination)? Turn all retail workers into border patrol agents?
But, we're all in this together? What exactly is "this" that "we" are in? Let’s reason, shall we? If this virus is so dangerous, where are the bio-hazard receptacles? It's worse than having a dirty needle, so how should I dispose of my potentially contaminated mask? Where is the 3-to-1 bleach solution required by Universal Precautions? Why are we still seeing new cases after months of sterile lock-down? When has the government ever "cared" this much about our health (at the expense of our children, our money and our mental health, nonetheless)? Why did a "two-week help the medical community from getting overwhelmed" voluntary stay-at-home plan turn into an exercise in government-inspired social conformity? If you can logically, without quoting the media, answer these questions, I'd like to know. And while we're on the subject of the media, do you know who owns the media outlets ... who controls exactly which "news" is reported- and with what angle, intensity, and frequency? Why haven’t we heard that more than 28 million people worldwide have RECOVERED? Why are we constantly bombarded with only the deaths? People die from lots of other things. Why aren’t all of those deaths being featured on the human-interest segments? What’s the pay-off? Who’s benefiting? And mostly, why aren't more people screaming "What's happening?!?!?!?!" Ask questions, friends. Ask lots of questions. - M #itdoesntmakeanysense #Orwellian #aliceinwonderland #dosomeresearch #thinkforyourself Photo credit: The Matrix (Warner Bros.) Ah back to the Land of the Living! Or something like that. My apologies for the extended absence, my friends. I have two main reasons for my unintended furlough, both of which are interrelated, and neither are especially tantalizing. I wish I could say I went on an exotic vacation or was selected as a contestant on that secret singer show. But no. My stuff is all within normal limits of mundane human existence:
Basically, I’ve been a mess. I promise, I haven’t forgotten about you or my all-over-the-place blog! Life is messy, ain’t it? We were never promised a walk in the park, I know. Let’s keep praying for each other. Lots of love and virtual hugs, M |
