After listenin’ me some Kari Jobe and takin’ a walk in the park with my little cutie patootie riding on her Elsa bike, I began to emotionally reset. Thankfully.

Oh, and we got the 411 from our Realtor on the crazy market: Baby Boomers from the Bay Area are retiring and downsizing in our area. I mean, I’d like to be hateful about that right now but how can I? (Respect and all of that.)

Although, there is a nice retirement community right up the hill called Paradise, California. (hint, hint)

Feeling outnumbered and out moneyed by our predecessors, we are carrying on. We put in yet another (sigh) offer on yet another (sigh) house. And, the waiting again starts (again). At least this time, we are a bit wiser for the wear.
