Another One Bites the Dust

Well alrighty then. The two story owner wanted us to keep her tenant until their lease is over- five more months. Since we want to purchase a house to actually live in, we had to say no.

Ugh. That means we are back to the drawing board- square one. Time is a-tickin' and we are still not in escrow.
